使用热分析仪器和AKTS热分析模拟软件研究了烟花爆竹药剂热分解的过程,得出了烟花爆竹药剂的活化能和反应相关系数随反应进程变化的曲线,进一步算出药剂在24 h内能够完全反应的最高环境温度( T24 h )和自加速分解温度( SADT),为防止烟花爆竹发生爆炸事故提供了理论依据。
使用熱分析儀器和AKTS熱分析模擬軟件研究瞭煙花爆竹藥劑熱分解的過程,得齣瞭煙花爆竹藥劑的活化能和反應相關繫數隨反應進程變化的麯線,進一步算齣藥劑在24 h內能夠完全反應的最高環境溫度( T24 h )和自加速分解溫度( SADT),為防止煙花爆竹髮生爆炸事故提供瞭理論依據。

Based on the thermal analysis instruments and the AKTS simulation software,the thermal decomposition process of the fireworks and crackers are researched and studied,and the conclusion are gained as follows:the change curves of the activation energy and correlation coefficient with the progress of reaction are drawn. Moreover,the maximum environment temperature that the fireworks and crackers could completely react in 24 h( T 24 h )and Self Accelerating Decomposition Temperature( SADT)are calculated. The results are of great significance in preventing and controlling the explosion accidents,so as to improve the safety situation of fireworks and crackers.
