针对PG9171E型燃气轮机的压气机排气通流部分和透平动静叶实施节能改造的分析和研究,将原有的燃气轮机压气机排气内缸蜂窝式气封、#2轴承前后迷宫式气封更换为新型刷式气封。同时,将透平一级复环更换为可磨涂层结构,三级动静叶更换为全三维结构。改造后的燃气轮机漏气量大幅减少,机组整体效率和运行性能得到显著提高。本措施对同类型燃气蒸汽联合循环机组的气封、复环、动静叶节能改造具有较好的借鉴意义。

This paper analyses and discusses the energy-saving improvement of compressor steam flow section and the turbine impeller. It proposes the approach that replaces the original honeycomb gland and labyrinth gland with the new brush type air real on compressor exhaust cylinder and the second bearing, and then, the first stage of retaining ring is replaced to coating structure, the third stage of turbine blade is replaced to full three-dimensional structure.By this adjustment, steam leakage is greatly reduced, and the whole ther-mal efficiency and the performance are highly improved.This method brings out a good reference of energy-saving for the improvements of the same type turbine.
