目的:观察大鼠颌下腺上皮间紧密连接蛋白表达特点。方法:分离大鼠颌下腺,冰冻切片,免疫荧光染色检测 ZO-1、Occludin、Claudin-3和 Claudin-4等紧密连接蛋白的表达。结果:Claudin-3表达于涎腺腺泡上皮及导管上皮,与 Occludin 及 ZO-1共表达提示位于紧密连接处。Claudin-4只表达于导管,腺泡中不表达。结论:Claudin 在鼠颌下腺中表达具组织特异性。
目的:觀察大鼠頜下腺上皮間緊密連接蛋白錶達特點。方法:分離大鼠頜下腺,冰凍切片,免疫熒光染色檢測 ZO-1、Occludin、Claudin-3和 Claudin-4等緊密連接蛋白的錶達。結果:Claudin-3錶達于涎腺腺泡上皮及導管上皮,與 Occludin 及 ZO-1共錶達提示位于緊密連接處。Claudin-4隻錶達于導管,腺泡中不錶達。結論:Claudin 在鼠頜下腺中錶達具組織特異性。
목적:관찰대서합하선상피간긴밀련접단백표체특점。방법:분리대서합하선,빙동절편,면역형광염색검측 ZO-1、Occludin、Claudin-3화 Claudin-4등긴밀련접단백적표체。결과:Claudin-3표체우연선선포상피급도관상피,여 Occludin 급 ZO-1공표체제시위우긴밀련접처。Claudin-4지표체우도관,선포중불표체。결론:Claudin 재서합하선중표체구조직특이성。
Objective:To observe the expression of tight junction proteins in rat submandibular glands.Methods:The rat subman-dibular glands were isolated,frozen,and made into sections.Immunohistochemistry staining was used for observation.Results:Clau-din-3 was expressed both in acinar and ductal cells.Claudin-4 was only expressed in ductal cells but not in acinar cells.Co-staining of claudin-4 with ZO-1 ,Claudin-3 with Occludin suggest that they are all distributed in tight junction.Conclusions:Tissue-specific ex-pression of the tight junction proteins claudins was found in rat submandibular glands.
