目的:探讨运动与CLA对青春期肥胖大鼠内脏脂肪及肝肾功能的影响。方法:高脂饲养大鼠建模7周后,取24只肥胖大鼠随机分成4组,每组6只,分别为对照组、CLA组、运动组、运动+CLA组。运动方案为跑台坡度0°,速度为21-25 m/min,总运动时间60min/天,5次/周,给药方案为运动后即刻灌喂1.6g/kg剂量的CLA,共持续干预8周。干预结束后麻醉大鼠采集血液及组织,测肝肾功能和内脏脂肪重量。结果:8周干预后,运动组、运动+CLA组的体重、内脏脂肪重量及体脂率均明显低于对照组、CLA 组(P<0.01,P<0.05),对照组和CLA组无明显差异(P>0.05);对照组、运动组、运动+CLA组谷草转氨酶和谷草丙比数值明显高于CLA组(P<0.01),其他组别之间无明显差异(P>0.05);运动组、运动+CLA组血尿素氮和肌酐较对照组、CLA 组有变化,但无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:8周运动与 CLA干预可有效降低青春期肥胖大鼠体重、内脏脂肪重量、体脂率,运动结合CLA能显著减少内脏脂肪含量,增加瘦体重,降低体脂率,具有明显的减肥效果。运动和CLA干预有一定的保肝作用,对肾脏功能无明显影响。

목적:탐토운동여CLA대청춘기비반대서내장지방급간신공능적영향。방법:고지사양대서건모7주후,취24지비반대서수궤분성4조,매조6지,분별위대조조、CLA조、운동조、운동+CLA조。운동방안위포태파도0°,속도위21-25 m/min,총운동시간60min/천,5차/주,급약방안위운동후즉각관위1.6g/kg제량적CLA,공지속간예8주。간예결속후마취대서채집혈액급조직,측간신공능화내장지방중량。결과:8주간예후,운동조、운동+CLA조적체중、내장지방중량급체지솔균명현저우대조조、CLA 조(P<0.01,P<0.05),대조조화CLA조무명현차이(P>0.05);대조조、운동조、운동+CLA조곡초전안매화곡초병비수치명현고우CLA조(P<0.01),기타조별지간무명현차이(P>0.05);운동조、운동+CLA조혈뇨소담화기항교대조조、CLA 조유변화,단무명현차이(P>0.05)。결론:8주운동여 CLA간예가유효강저청춘기비반대서체중、내장지방중량、체지솔,운동결합CLA능현저감소내장지방함량,증가수체중,강저체지솔,구유명현적감비효과。운동화CLA간예유일정적보간작용,대신장공능무명현영향。
Objective: To investigate the effect of exercise and CLA on body fat rate and liver function of adolescent obesity rats. Methods:High fat fed rat model after 7 weeks, take 24 obesity rats were randomly divided into 4 groups, 6 rats in each group, respectively, control group, CLA group, exercise group, exercise group +CLA. The scheme for the treadmill gradient of 0 degrees, Rate of 21-25 m/min, Total exercise time is 60min/days, 5 times/week, dosing regimens for immediately after feeding the 1.6g/kg dose of CLA, a total of 8 weeks of continuous intervention. Anesthetized rats blood and tissue after intervention, measurement of liver and kidney function and scale of visceral fat weight. Result:8 weeks after the intervention, the exercise group, exercise group+CLA body weight, visceral fat weight and percentage of body fat were significantly lower than those in the control group, CLA group (P<0.01, P<0.05), control group and CLA group had no significant difference (P>0.05); Control group, exercise group, exercise group +CLA aspartate aminotransferase and aspartate aminotransferase/alanine transaminase were higher than that in group CLA (P<0.01), no other significant difference between groups (P>0.05); Control group, exercise group, exercise group+CLA aspartate aminotransferase and aspartate aminotransferase/alanine aminotransferase were higher than that in group CLA (P<0.01), no other significant difference between groups(P>0.05); The exercise group, exercise group +CLA blood urea nitrogen and creatinine were compared with the control group, CLA group, but no significant difference (P>0.05). Conclusion:The 8 week exercise and CLA intervention can effectively reduce the body fat rate of adolescent obesity rats, body weight, visceral fat weight, exercise combined with CLA can significantly reduce the visceral fat content, increased lean body mass, educe the body fat rate, has obvious weight loss. Motion and CLA intervention has certain protective effect on liver injury, no significant effect on renal function.
