目的:研究五味子多糖(Schisandra chinensls Polysaccharide, SCP)的基本理化性质及其对高温下小鼠游泳能力与糖代谢的影响。方法:采用水提醇沉法提取了SCP,对其基本成分含量、紫外和红外光谱进行了检测;同时建立了一个5周的小鼠高温游泳模型,灌胃不同剂量的SCP水溶液,测定了小鼠的游泳力竭时间,然后分别在小鼠力竭运动即刻、运动后24h恢复2种情况下取材,测定了血糖、血乳酸的浓度以及肝、肌糖原含量。结果:SCP是一种蛋白多糖,对小鼠高温下游泳力竭时间有明显的延长作用,显著提高小鼠肝糖原和肌糖元储备。结论 SCP具有抗运动性疲劳的作用,其机理与其调节机体糖代谢有关。

목적:연구오미자다당(Schisandra chinensls Polysaccharide, SCP)적기본이화성질급기대고온하소서유영능력여당대사적영향。방법:채용수제순침법제취료SCP,대기기본성분함량、자외화홍외광보진행료검측;동시건립료일개5주적소서고온유영모형,관위불동제량적SCP수용액,측정료소서적유영력갈시간,연후분별재소서력갈운동즉각、운동후24h회복2충정황하취재,측정료혈당、혈유산적농도이급간、기당원함량。결과:SCP시일충단백다당,대소서고온하유영력갈시간유명현적연장작용,현저제고소서간당원화기당원저비。결론 SCP구유항운동성피로적작용,기궤리여기조절궤체당대사유관。
Purpose:To evaluate the basic physical and chemical properties of Schisandra Chinensls Polysaccharide (SCP) and its effect on glycometabolism of swimming rice in high temperature. Methods:The extraction on SCP used the method of water extract and alcohol precipitation, and the basic content, ultraviolet and infrared spectrums of SCP were tested. At the same time a 5 weeks of mice swimming model in high temperature was established, and the swimming exhaustion time of mice was determined and the different dose of SCP were given by oral gavages, and then the concentrations of blood glucose, blood lactic acid as well as the contents of muscle glycogen and liver glycogen were measured, respectively, in both cases after exercise and after for 24 h-recovery in mice. Results: SCP is a kind of polysaccharide containing protein and can prolong the swimming mice exhaustion time under high temperature and improved the Glycometabolism in mice. Conclusion: SCP has the function of anti-fatigue in high temperature sports, which was related to regulation the sugar metabolism.
