基于有限元分析软件ABAQUS/Standard建立某保险阀中关键零件平膜片的3D模型,对平膜片在不同运动行程、厚度和安装预偏工况下的应力状态进行了分析,得出影响平膜片应力的主要因素,为阀门产品中平膜片的设计提供了理论指导。

This paper based on the finite element analysis software ABAQUS/Standard to establish a 3D model of the flat diaphragm which is the key part in the safety valve, the stress status of the diaphragm under different conditions of displacement, thickness and assembly displacement is analyzed, and the main factors that affect the level of stress was shown, and the results may provide direction for design of flat diaphragm in valve.
