开展员工德育培训对于员工和企业的发展都具有重要意义。目前,企业员工德育培训还存在企业对员工德育培训认识存在偏差、员工积极性不高、培训方式单一、培训评估机制不完善等问题。可以通过转变企业态度、激发员工积极性、选择适宜培训内容、采用多种培训形式、完善评估机制等措施促进企业员工德育培训的有效开展。

It has a great significance for the development of both enterprises and employees to carry out the moral training .At present ,there are also some problems in the moral training ,such as the wrong understanding on moral training of enterprises ,low enthusiasm of employees ,single training method , imperfect assessment mechanism of training and so on . We can change the attitude of enterprises ,stimulate the enthusiasm of employees ,select the appropriate training contents ,use a variety of forms ,improve assessment mechanism and other measures to make the moral training effective .
