高职院校毕业生压力越来越大,究其原因最主要是人才培养与社会需求不相适应。高职院校构建和实践“1+1+3”人才培养模式,即一个导向:以就业为导向;一个引领:以大学生实践创新训练计划项目为引领;三个结合:学做结合、研创结合、校行企结合。将这种创新人才培养模式应用于高职院校应用型专业,必将推进高职院校专业发展并促进大学生就业。

The main reason for increasing employment pressure among graduates of vocational colleges is that the present talents cultivating mode does not meet social needs. The"1+1+3"talents cultivating mode means 1 orientation-employment-oriented;1 guidance–guided by college student projects for training students’practical and innovative abilities;and 3 integrations–the integration of learning and practice, research and innovation, school and enterprises. The application of this innovative talent cultivating mode in the application-oriented majors can promote their professional development and enhance the employment rate of university students.
