耐张线夹引流板带电消缺作业是在不影响输电线路正常送电的情况下,通过使用安全防护工具和带电消缺作业专用工器具快速安全地解决引流板发热缺陷。针对220 kV 电压等级输电线路特点,研究引流板带电消缺作业方法,研制引流板带电消缺专用工器具。研究成果可有效减少引流板消缺作业导致的线路停电时间,提高供电可靠性。
耐張線夾引流闆帶電消缺作業是在不影響輸電線路正常送電的情況下,通過使用安全防護工具和帶電消缺作業專用工器具快速安全地解決引流闆髮熱缺陷。針對220 kV 電壓等級輸電線路特點,研究引流闆帶電消缺作業方法,研製引流闆帶電消缺專用工器具。研究成果可有效減少引流闆消缺作業導緻的線路停電時間,提高供電可靠性。

By using security tools and special tools for live working of strain clamp defect-elimina-tion,the drainage plate heating defect can be solved quickly and safely without the normal power transmission affected.According to the characteristics analysis of the 220 kV transmission lines, the live working methods and tools for the drainage board defect-elimination ware theoretically analyzed,developed,tested in lab and field.The test results showed that the developed tool can effectively decrease shut-off time caused by live defect-elimination for drainage board,and greatly increase the reliability of power supply.
