党的十八届四中全会提出“依宪治国，依法治国，依德治国，建设中国特色的社会主义法治国家”的发展战略，为我国当下的法治教育提出了明确的目标。改变只重应试教育，轻品德教育的传统模式，把品德教育，专业知识教育提升到同样的水平，二者共同推进，德育并举，为法治社会的构建奠定基础。
黨的十八屆四中全會提齣“依憲治國，依法治國，依德治國，建設中國特色的社會主義法治國傢”的髮展戰略，為我國噹下的法治教育提齣瞭明確的目標。改變隻重應試教育，輕品德教育的傳統模式，把品德教育，專業知識教育提升到同樣的水平，二者共同推進，德育併舉，為法治社會的構建奠定基礎。
당적십팔계사중전회제출“의헌치국，의법치국，의덕치국，건설중국특색적사회주의법치국가”적발전전략，위아국당하적법치교육제출료명학적목표。개변지중응시교육，경품덕교육적전통모식，파품덕교육，전업지식교육제승도동양적수평，이자공동추진，덕육병거，위법치사회적구건전정기출。
T he Party's Fourth Plenary Session of Eighteen sessions proposed the development strategy of“running the country according to the constitution ,the rule of law ,and building the society with rule of law” ,w hich indicates the clear objectives for China law education .T he traditional model ,focusing only on achievements while ignoring moral education ,should be changed .The moral education and profes‐sion education should rise to the same level ,be promoted together ,and paid equal attention to lay the foundation for constructing the society with rule of law .
