运用文献资料、问卷调查、因子分析等方法对四川省部分高校的体育教育专业学生的学习倦怠情况进行研究分析,研究结果表明:目前体育教育专业学生存在学习倦怠情况,男生比女生倦怠严重;二、三年级学生较一年级倦怠严重。学习倦怠主要是以下几个因素影响,学校因素:课程设置、教学内容与社会和学生需求脱节,学校生活缺乏生动性,场地设施不能保障;教师因素:教学观念落后,教学方法不当,教学水平不高,教学能力不强;学生因素:成就目标不明确,归因不合理,自我效能感低,人际关系紧张,学习策略不合理,身体疲劳、睡眠不足。
運用文獻資料、問捲調查、因子分析等方法對四川省部分高校的體育教育專業學生的學習倦怠情況進行研究分析,研究結果錶明:目前體育教育專業學生存在學習倦怠情況,男生比女生倦怠嚴重;二、三年級學生較一年級倦怠嚴重。學習倦怠主要是以下幾箇因素影響,學校因素:課程設置、教學內容與社會和學生需求脫節,學校生活缺乏生動性,場地設施不能保障;教師因素:教學觀唸落後,教學方法不噹,教學水平不高,教學能力不彊;學生因素:成就目標不明確,歸因不閤理,自我效能感低,人際關繫緊張,學習策略不閤理,身體疲勞、睡眠不足。

The paper adopts the methods of literature research, questionair survey and factors analysis, etc.to an-alyzing the learning tiredness of college students majored in physical training education, and it turns out that such learning tiredness indeed exist pervasively among students majored in physical training education and the tiredness among male students is more serious that that among female students.Besides, the result shows that compared with freshmen, such tiredness among sopomores and senior students is more serious.Learning tireness, in general, is resulted from the following factors:1.school.The arrangement of subjects and teaching content are out of line with the needs of students and the society.School life is in want of vividness and the basic infrasctature can not be guar-anteed.2.Teacher.The out-of-date teaching idea, inappropriate teaching methods and relatively low teaching capability of teachers also contribute to the current state.3.Students.Students’ unspecific aims for achievement, improper attribution, low self-effectiveness, tense personal relationship, physical tiredness and insufficient sleep resulted in their learning tiredness.
