以福建体育职业技术学院开设《运动损伤防治》课程的部分班级为研究对象，通过教学实践，用观察法、逻辑分析法对所授课课程进行教学实践总结，提出《运动损伤防治》课程构建应顺应当前政策形势，以国家高职教育和职业教育理念为指引，以就业为导向，以技能掌握为主，理论知识为辅，教学模式根据实际需要灵活选用，教学效果评价应体现动态的考核过程，最终让学生掌握职业技能，提升职业素养。
