资源型城市转型与城镇化发展是互动的关系。在资源型城市转型中，如何推进城镇化发展？文章以资源型城市马鞍山市为例，基于对该市转型中城镇化过程的实证分析，提出城镇化发展应着力规划引领、产业支撑、资源枯竭区重点辅助转型、挖掘文化资源、注重生态建设、拓展融资渠道、土地节约集约等实施路径。

The transformation of resource-based city and the development of urbanization is the interactive relationship.How to promote the urbanization development during the transformation of resource-based city?This paper , empirically analysing the process of urbanization during the urban transformation in the city——Ma'anshan, puts forward the paths of the planning guide, industry support, key auxiliary transformation for resource depletion region,excavation of cultural resources, paying attention to ecological construction,expanding financing channels,landing saving and intensive.
