运用ADAMS/Car对某前悬架进行建模,生成模态中性文件;在ADAMS/Car中调用该文件建立刚柔耦合双横臂前悬架,对该前悬架系统进行运动学和柔性运动学仿真,并分析该悬架特性。结果表明:车轮前束和轮距均未达到理想的状况,对此提出了相应的优化方案。此外,通过对比分析柔性对该型悬架的性能影响,发现刚柔耦合双横臂前悬架相比刚性悬架能够更加准确地反映前悬架的实际性能。

운용ADAMS/Car대모전현가진행건모,생성모태중성문건;재ADAMS/Car중조용해문건건립강유우합쌍횡비전현가,대해전현가계통진행운동학화유성운동학방진,병분석해현가특성。결과표명:차륜전속화륜거균미체도이상적상황,대차제출료상응적우화방안。차외,통과대비분석유성대해형현가적성능영향,발현강유우합쌍횡비전현가상비강성현가능구경가준학지반영전현가적실제성능。
In this paper ,a MNF file was generated in ADAMS/Flex .Then this file was imported into ADAMS/Car to establish a rigid‐flexible coupling double wishbone suspension which was used to carry out a motion analysis .The results showed that the toe angle and wheel track did not reach the ideal situation , therefore some corresponding optimization programs were proposed in this paper for this case .In addition , through the comparative analysis of the impact of flexibility on suspension performance ,it can be found that rigid‐flexible coupling double wishbone suspension had a higher simulation accuracy compared to rigid o nes .
