当前，我国研究生教育正从规模化发展向以提高研究生质量为主转变，但是与内地高校相比，西藏高校研究生招生在规模和数量上所占比例较小。文章通过描述、统计和分析研究生招录数据，着重探讨西藏高校研究生招生过程中面临的实际问题，提出了稳步扩大招生规模、提高研究生质量的目标及相关发展措施。

At present, China's postgraduate education shift from large-scale development to the quality-improv?ing of graduate students, but compared with inland universities, the graduate student enrollment in Tibet ’s col?leges and universities is small in size and quantity. This article, through a statistic analysis of graduate enroll?ment data, discusses the practical problem Tibet University facing in the process of enrolling new graduate stu?dents, and puts forward the suggestion of expanding enrollment steadily. The development objectives and associ?ated measures to improve the quality of graduate students are also discussed in the article.
