介绍了应用虚拟样机仿真软件——ADAMS (Automatic Dynamic Analysis of Mechanical Systems,机械系统动力学自动分析)在机械原理课程中进行机构动力学求解与机构设计优化的原理与方法,分析了传统机构教学方法的缺点以及虚拟样机仿真软件在机构教学中的应用过程。通过分别对内燃机机构、共轭凸轮机构进行仿真,说明了ADAMS软件在机械原理机构动力学教学以及机构创新设计与优化中的应用。
介紹瞭應用虛擬樣機倣真軟件——ADAMS (Automatic Dynamic Analysis of Mechanical Systems,機械繫統動力學自動分析)在機械原理課程中進行機構動力學求解與機構設計優化的原理與方法,分析瞭傳統機構教學方法的缺點以及虛擬樣機倣真軟件在機構教學中的應用過程。通過分彆對內燃機機構、共軛凸輪機構進行倣真,說明瞭ADAMS軟件在機械原理機構動力學教學以及機構創新設計與優化中的應用。

The principle and method of virtual prototype simulation software—ADAMS using in modeling and dynamic simulation of mechanism system is introduced. Traditional teaching methods are analyzed and the application course of virtual prototype simulation software in mechanism teaching is given. Taking an engine mechanism and conjugate cam mechanism as examples, application of ADAMS in teaching dynamic, design and optimization of mechanism in theory of mechanism and machinery are illuminated.
