为探究外源肌醇对水稻幼苗抗寒性的影响,本试验共分为4个处理,即常温对照、常温肌醇组、低温对照和低温肌醇组,研究肌醇处理下水稻幼苗生长及生理生化指标的变化。结果显示:常温对照和常温肌醇组的水稻幼苗过氧化氢酶( CAT)活性、超氧化物歧化酶( SOD)活性、过氧化物酶( POD)活性、丙二醛( MDA)含量、过氧化氢( H2 O2)含量、株高和鲜质量间差异均不明显。低温对照和低温肌醇组的水稻幼苗CAT活性、SOD活性、POD活性、株高和鲜质量均显著低于常温对照和常温肌醇组,而MDA和H2 O2含量均明显升高;低温肌醇组水稻幼苗CAT活性、SOD活性、POD活性和鲜质量均显著高于低温对照,而MDA和H2 O2含量均显著低于低温对照。

위탐구외원기순대수도유묘항한성적영향,본시험공분위4개처리,즉상온대조、상온기순조、저온대조화저온기순조,연구기순처리하수도유묘생장급생리생화지표적변화。결과현시:상온대조화상온기순조적수도유묘과양화경매( CAT)활성、초양화물기화매( SOD)활성、과양화물매( POD)활성、병이철( MDA)함량、과양화경( H2 O2)함량、주고화선질량간차이균불명현。저온대조화저온기순조적수도유묘CAT활성、SOD활성、POD활성、주고화선질량균현저저우상온대조화상온기순조,이MDA화H2 O2함량균명현승고;저온기순조수도유묘CAT활성、SOD활성、POD활성화선질량균현저고우저온대조,이MDA화H2 O2함량균현저저우저온대조。
To study the effect of inosito1 on co1d resistance of rice seed1ings, four treatments, inc1uding water( con-tro1) and inosito1 treatment at norma1 temperature,contro1 and inosito1 treatment at 1ow temperature were set, and differ-ences in growth,physio1ogica1 and biochemica1 indexes of rice seed1ings exposed to inosito1 were compared. The difference was not significant in CAT, SOD and POD activities, methane dicarboxy1ic a1dehyde( MDA) and hydrogen peroxide con-tents, height and fresh weight of rice seed1ings in contro1 and inosito1 treatments at norma1 temperature. Under 1ow tempera-ture stress, CAT, SOD and POD activities and height and fresh weight of rice seed1ings dec1ined great1y, whi1e MDA and hydrogen peroxide contents increased significant1y. The CAT, SOD and POD activities and fresh weight of seed1ings ex-posed to inosito1 at 1ow temperature were higher than those in contro1 treatment at norma1 temperature, whi1e MDA and hy-drogen peroxide contents were 1ower.
