目的：研究天然牙与种植体联合支持套筒冠固定桥修复的临床疗效。方法：20例磨牙缺失患者，第二双尖牙行常规预备，第二磨牙区植入种植体，种植体端设计套筒冠固位体，完成天然牙一种植体共同支持套筒冠固定桥修复。完成修复后3、6、12、24个月定期复诊，以患者的自觉症状、天然牙和种植体的临床动度、牙周袋深度、义齿修复后种植体周围牙槽骨高度的X线片变化为观察指标。结果：20例患者在临床观察期间，行使功能良好，种植体与天然牙均动度<1 mm，种植体与天然牙的牙周袋深度均在2mm以内。天然牙和种植体周均未见异常X线透影区。结论：天然牙与种植体联合支持套筒冠固定桥修复，在临床观察期间，成功率100%，是临床上可采用的修复方式。
목적：연구천연아여충식체연합지지투통관고정교수복적림상료효。방법：20례마아결실환자，제이쌍첨아행상규예비，제이마아구식입충식체，충식체단설계투통관고위체，완성천연아일충식체공동지지투통관고정교수복。완성수복후3、6、12、24개월정기복진，이환자적자각증상、천연아화충식체적림상동도、아주대심도、의치수복후충식체주위아조골고도적X선편변화위관찰지표。결과：20례환자재림상관찰기간，행사공능량호，충식체여천연아균동도<1 mm，충식체여천연아적아주대심도균재2mm이내。천연아화충식체주균미견이상X선투영구。결론：천연아여충식체연합지지투통관고정교수복，재림상관찰기간，성공솔100%，시림상상가채용적수복방식。
Objective:To evaluate the clinical effects of telescope fixed bridge supported by tooth-implant. Methods: The telescope fixed bridges supported by the second premolar and the telescope implant in the second molar were finished in 20 patients with the loss of molar teeth. Patients’self-feeling,tooth-implant’s clinical mobility, x-ray, probing depth(PD)were measured during 3, 6, 12, 24 months follow-up. Results: All implants healed well with good functions. The tooth-implant ’s clinical mobility was less than 1.0 mm. The PD of teeth and implants was less than 2.0 mm. No signs of mobility or perim-plant radiolucencies were observed in any cases. Conclusion: Survival rate of the fixed bridge was 100% in the observation periods. The telescope fixed bridge supported by tooth-implant is a good re-store way for the missing teeth patients.
