目的：了解在校大学生对抗生素的认知及使用情况。方法采用自编问卷，对随机抽取975名在校大学生进行抗生素认知及使用情况调查。结果本次调查在性别、年级、民族、学院、专业等变量上不存在显著差异（P＞0．05），但调查对象中有66．7％的人会备用抗生素类药物；有64．7％的人会偶尔自服抗生素类药物；病情严重时，59．7％的学生遵医嘱，但有30．1％的学生是凭借自己的经验，而且这个与年级有关；有15．7％的学生对抗生素的危害了解很多，有66．9％的学生对抗生素的危害了解一点，有17．4％的同学基本不知道。结论为遏制抗生素的滥用，必需加强科学使用抗生素知识的宣传，寻找人群抗生素滥用原因，提出有效的改进措施。
목적：료해재교대학생대항생소적인지급사용정황。방법채용자편문권，대수궤추취975명재교대학생진행항생소인지급사용정황조사。결과본차조사재성별、년급、민족、학원、전업등변량상불존재현저차이（P＞0．05），단조사대상중유66．7％적인회비용항생소류약물；유64．7％적인회우이자복항생소류약물；병정엄중시，59．7％적학생준의촉，단유30．1％적학생시빙차자기적경험，이차저개여년급유관；유15．7％적학생대항생소적위해료해흔다，유66．9％적학생대항생소적위해료해일점，유17．4％적동학기본불지도。결론위알제항생소적람용，필수가강과학사용항생소지식적선전，심조인군항생소람용원인，제출유효적개진조시。
Objective to know the antibiotics cognize perceive and service condition among the college students .Method use the self‐composed questioning paper ,survey the antibiotics cognize perceive and service condition among the 975 random drawing college students .Result the survey results show that it didn't resist the significant different (P>0 .05)between the sex ,grade ,nationality ,faculty ,major and so on .But 66 .7% inform‐ant prepare some antibiotics usually;64 .7% informant take some antibiotics occasionally ;when someone is ill ,59 . 7% informant can obey the doctors'advice ,but 30 .1% informant take some antibiotics medicine depending on their experience and the their grade .About the cognize perceive to the antibiotics ,15 .7% informant learn the antibiotics harm very much ,66 .9% informant learn the antibiotics harm a little ,17 .4% informant learn the antibiotics noth‐ing .Conclusion to reduce the antibiotics abuse ,we have need to advertise the antibiotics knowledge ,to look for the reason about the antibiotics abuse ,and propose effective measures for improvement .
