目的：研究经济落后的克山病病区居民的高血压患病水平。方法调查对象选自2007年全国克山病历史重病区人群，对调查对象进行人口学资料、临床查体等检查，高血压诊断以《中国高血压防治指南》为标准。结果本次共调查18岁以上居民12004人，其中高血压患者2754例，患病率为22．9％，男女高血压患病率均为22．9％；高血压的患病率随年龄升高而上升，75岁以上人群患病率（55％）最高，各年龄组血压患病率差异有统计学意义；一级高血压在四类高血压分级中所占比例（28．5％）最大，二级高血压（27．7％），单纯收缩期高血压（25.7％）三级高血压最低（18.1％），差异有统计学意义。估计全国克山病病区18岁以上人群有高血压患者1370万例。结论克山病病区人群的高血压患病率高于全国水平，高血压是病区居民的一个重要公共卫生问题，加强病区高血压的监测和防控刻不容缓。
목적：연구경제락후적극산병병구거민적고혈압환병수평。방법조사대상선자2007년전국극산병역사중병구인군，대조사대상진행인구학자료、림상사체등검사，고혈압진단이《중국고혈압방치지남》위표준。결과본차공조사18세이상거민12004인，기중고혈압환자2754례，환병솔위22．9％，남녀고혈압환병솔균위22．9％；고혈압적환병솔수년령승고이상승，75세이상인군환병솔（55％）최고，각년령조혈압환병솔차이유통계학의의；일급고혈압재사류고혈압분급중소점비례（28．5％）최대，이급고혈압（27．7％），단순수축기고혈압（25.7％）삼급고혈압최저（18.1％），차이유통계학의의。고계전국극산병병구18세이상인군유고혈압환자1370만례。결론극산병병구인군적고혈압환병솔고우전국수평，고혈압시병구거민적일개중요공공위생문제，가강병구고혈압적감측화방공각불용완。
Objective To investigate the prevalence of hypertension in population of Keshan disease (KD) en‐demic areas in 2007 .Methods The subjects were recruited from the KD endemic areas where KD was historically prevalent .Demographic data were collected with questionnaires .Subjects received medical examinations ,and the diagnostic criterion for hypertension was based on the 2010 Chinese Guidelines for Management of Hypertension . Results A total of 12 004 subjects aged ≥18 years old were surveyed and hypertension was diagnosed in 2 754 people ,the prevalence being 22 .9% .The prevalence increased with age ,which was the highest among individuals aged ≥75 years (55% ) ,and there was statistical difference among different age groups .The proportion of grade one hypertension was the highest (28 .5% ) , followed by grade two (27 .7% ) , isolated systolic hypertension (25.7% ) ,and grade three (18 .2% ) .It was estimated that there were about 13 .7 million people with hypertension in KD endemic areas .Conclusions The prevalence of hypertension in KD endemic areas is higher than the nation‐al average .As hypertension is an important health hazard ,surveillance ,prevention and control of this disease are important in the KD endemic areas .
