目的：评价小剂量羟氯喹治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎的临床疗效及安全性。方法将48例患者随机分为两组，对照组给以依匹斯汀口服，每日1次，外用10%氧化锌软膏，每日2次，试验组在对照组治疗的基础上予以小剂量羟氯喹口服，每日2次。治疗时间为4周。结果试验组有效率为83.3%，显著高于对照组（58.3%），治疗第1、2、3、4周试验组评分显著低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论小剂量羟氯喹治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎疗效显著，且不良反应小。
목적：평개소제량간록규치료면부격소의뢰성피염적림상료효급안전성。방법장48례환자수궤분위량조，대조조급이의필사정구복，매일1차，외용10%양화자연고，매일2차，시험조재대조조치료적기출상여이소제량간록규구복，매일2차。치료시간위4주。결과시험조유효솔위83.3%，현저고우대조조（58.3%），치료제1、2、3、4주시험조평분현저저우대조조（P＜0.05）。결론소제량간록규치료면부격소의뢰성피염료효현저，차불량반응소。
ObjectiveTo evaluate the efifcacy and safety of low-dose hydroxychloroquine sulfate in the treatment of facial hormone-dependent dermatitis.MethodsForty-eight patients with facial hormone-dependent dermatitis were randomly divided into two groups. The control group received epinastine hydrochloride tablets, once a day, and topical zinc oxide ointment, twice a day. In addition to the basic treatment of the control group, the treatment group received low-dose hydroxychloroquine sulfate orally. The duration of treatment lasted for 4 weeks.ResultsThe efifciency of the treatment group (83.3%) was signiifcantly higher than that of the control group(58.3%). The scores of the treatment group were signiifcantly lower than that of the control group at each observation point set in every week of the treatment (P<0.05).ConclusionIt is maybe more effective to treat facial hormone-dependent dermatitis with low-dose hydroxychloroquine sulfate, which with less side effects.
