目的:调查重庆市区人群的皮肤光型(又称日光反应性分型),以及最小红斑量(MED)和最小持续黑化量(MPPD)的范围。方法按照Fitzpatrick分型问卷调查皮肤类型, GS2004/2006多波段日光模拟器测定受试者的MED和MPPD。结果200名受试者的Ⅱ型、Ⅲ型、Ⅳ型皮肤分别占15.0%、73.5%、11.5%,未见Ⅰ、Ⅴ、Ⅵ型皮肤。Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ型皮肤MED均值分别为(63.21±18.22) mJ/cm2、(70.23±17.01) mJ/cm2、(78.45±20.11) mJ/cm2, MPPD均值分别为:(12.52±3.41) J/cm2、(10.22±3.09) J/cm2、(8.43±2.51) J/cm2,从Ⅱ型~Ⅳ型皮肤,MED值逐渐增加,而MPPD值逐渐减小,在不同皮肤类型之间差异有统计学意义。不同年龄组皮肤类型分布差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),不同性别人群皮肤类型分布差异亦无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在所调查的重庆市人群中皮肤类型以Ⅲ型为主,其MED、MPPD平均值分别(70.23±17.01)mJ/cm2、(10.22±3.09) J/cm2,重庆市人群皮肤类型与国内其他几所大城市的研究结果较为一致,而紫外线MED、MPPD值范围与国内其他地区有一定差异。

ObjectiveTo investigate the skin phototype and the scope of minimal erythema dose (MED) and minimal persistent pigment darkening dose (MPPD) among the population of Chongqing.MethodsSkin phototype was investigated by questionnaire according to the classification of Fitzpatrick skin type. MED and MPPD of participants were determined by using GS2004/2006 multiband standard sun simulator.ResultsAmong the 200 participants, the percentages of skin typeⅡ,Ⅲ andⅣ were 15.0%, 73.5% and 11.5% respectively, and skin typeⅠ,Ⅴand VI were not found. The means of MED for the skin typeⅡ,Ⅲ andⅣ were (63.21±18.22) mJ/cm2, (70.23±17.01) mJ/cm2 and (78.45±20.11) mJ/cm2 respectively. The means of MPPD for the skin typeⅡ,Ⅲ andⅣ were(12.52±3.41)J/cm2, (10.22±3.09) J/cm2 and (8.43±2.51) J/cm2 respectively. From the skin typeⅡ toⅣ, the value of MED increased gradually, and the value of MPPD decreased gradually. There was statistical difference among the different skin types, nevertheless, no signiifcant differences were found among different age and gender groups (P>0.05).ConclusionAmong the population of Chongqing city that have been investigated, skin typeⅢ was the main type, and the mean values of MED, MPPD for skin typeⅢ were (70.23±17.01)mJ/cm2 and (10.22±3.09)J/cm2. The skin type in Chongqing is similar to in other Chinese cities, however, for the scope of MED and MPPD, there is a discrepancy between Chongqing and other districts.
