在供应链金融领域的研究文献中，很少对融资市场竞争较大的情况下零售商如何选择融资方式的问题进行研究。对供应链金融中银行提供融资和物流企业提供融资这两种融资模式利用博弈论的相关理论和方法建立了相应的数学建模，分别比较零售商、银行、物流公司以及整个供应链的收益来比较融资模式的不同。最后得到，假设两种融资模式零售商的销售量和零售价格相同的情况下，零售商会根据融资利率的不同做出相应的选择。

In the research literature of supply chain finance, there are few literatures about how to choose financing models by re-tailers when the competition of financing market is fierce. There are two kinds of financing models:bank financing and logistics enter-prises financing. For the two kinds of financing models, the game theory and related methods are used to establish the mathematical models. Through analyzing the benefits of the retailers, banks, logistics companies and the whole supply chain, different financing models are compared. Finally, we conclude that when retailer’s sales and retail price are the same in two financing models, retailers will choose differently according to the different financing rates.
