维汉大学生由于受其自身民族特有的语言、文化传统和思维方式等诸多方面的影响,其跨文化认知、情感与行为方式存在一定的差异,这在一定程度上与维汉学生交往频度、语言能力以及文化学习有关系。本文从四个方面提出培养维汉大学生跨文化认知、情感与行为能力的策略:推行跨文化交际教育,倡导开放、包容的文化学习观念;建立相应的制度体系,创造有利于维汉学生跨文化沟通的环境与氛围;深化教学改革,调整课程设置,让民族文化与跨文化沟通课程走进课堂;提高教师的跨文化沟通能力,鼓励其在教学中应用。

Uygur-Han university students, affected by their own nation's unique language, cul-tural tradition and way of thinking and many other aspects, have certain differences in abilities of in-tercultural cognition, affection and behavior, which to a certain extent relates to the Uygur -Han students'communication frequency, linguistic competence and cultural learning. In view of this, this paper puts forward some strategies from four aspects to enhance the intercultural cognition, emotion and behavior ability of Uygur -Han university students. Firstly, intercultural communication should be carried out to promote open, inclusive culture learning concept;Secondly, corresponding institu-tional system should be established to create the environment and atmosphere conducive to Uygur -Han students intercultural communication; Thirdly, teaching reform should be deepened to adjust the curriculum, and introduce the national culture and intercultural communication courses into the classroom;Fourthly, intercultural communication ability of the teachers should be improved and be applied in teaching practice.
