为研究外源赤霉素处理葡萄果穗对邻近功能叶片光合色素、光合及叶绿素荧光特性的影响,进一步揭示外源赤霉素促进葡萄果实膨大的机制,以5年生夏黑葡萄为试验材料,利用50 mg/L的赤霉素(处理)或清水(对照)分别于盛花期和盛花后7 d对果穗进行浸蘸处理15 s,并于盛花后14 d对处理和对照葡萄功能叶片光合色素含量、光合生理指标以及叶绿素荧光参数进行了测定.结果表明:外源赤霉素处理葡萄果穗后增加了邻近功能叶片光合色素的含量,叶绿素a和类胡萝卜素含量分别较对照增加了37.5%和88.8%(P<0.05);外源赤霉素处理果穗后显著提高了12:00时邻近功能叶片净光合速率( Pn )、瞬时光能利用率( LUE)、瞬时羧化效率( CE)、气孔导度( Gs )和水分利用率( WUE)值,也显著提高了15:00时Pn 和WUE值.说明赤霉素处理能促使果穗和其邻近功能叶片之间形成较完美的库-源供求关系,导致功能叶片光合作用加强,向作为“库”端的葡萄果实供应更多的碳水化合物,促进葡萄果实的膨大.

The impact of exogenous gibbere11in (GA3 ) on photosynthetic pigments, photosynthesis and ch1orophy11 f1uo-rescence characteristics of functiona1 1eaf nearby c1uster was eva1uated to revea1 the mechanism of exogenous GA3 to en1arge grape berry size. The c1usters of 5-year-o1d grape CV. summer b1ack p1ants were treated with 50 mg/L GA3(treatment) or water (con-tro1) for 15 s at f1owering and 7 after f1owering respective1y. The resu1ts showed that exogenous GA3 treatment increased photosyn-thetic pigment content, ch1orophy11 a and carotenoid content of 1eaves were increased by 37. 5% and 88. 8% (P<0. 05) as compared to contro1. Exogenous GA3 improved net photosyn-thetic rate (Pn), 1ight use efficiency (LUE), carboxy1ation efficiency (CE), stomata1 conductance(Gs) and water use efficiency ( WUE) significant1y at 12:00, and boosted the Pn and WUE significant1y at 15:00. It was conc1uded that GA3 treatment cou1d faci1itate the"source" and"1ibrary" re-1ationship between functiona1 1eaves and the GA3-treated grape berry, there by improved photosynthetic activities of functiona1 1eaves near by GA3-treated berries to provide more carbohydrates for grape berry en1argement.
