本试验以白菜为试验材料,清水为对照探索了5种水溶肥配方对白菜品质及土壤性质的影响。结果表明,与对照相比,配方4处理的白菜Vc含量最多,配方1次之,分别较对照增加了210%、193%,硝酸盐含量除配方3和配方5外,其他处理均小于432 mg/kg,在安全范围内;5种水溶肥均能在一定程度上改善土壤pH值和电导率,配方1土壤碱解氮和有效磷含量最高,分别为327.8 mg/kg和118.23 mg/kg,参照菜园土壤有效养分丰缺状况的分级标准,土壤氮、磷含量过高,可能会对周边的水环境造成污染。

본시험이백채위시험재료,청수위대조탐색료5충수용비배방대백채품질급토양성질적영향。결과표명,여대조상비,배방4처리적백채Vc함량최다,배방1차지,분별교대조증가료210%、193%,초산염함량제배방3화배방5외,기타처리균소우432 mg/kg,재안전범위내;5충수용비균능재일정정도상개선토양pH치화전도솔,배방1토양감해담화유효린함량최고,분별위327.8 mg/kg화118.23 mg/kg,삼조채완토양유효양분봉결상황적분급표준,토양담、린함량과고,가능회대주변적수배경조성오염。
In this experiment,with clear water as a contrast,the effects of five kinds of water-solu-ble fertilizer formulas on cabbage quality and soil properties were explored. The results showed that compared with the contrast,Vc content in cabbage cultured by fertilizer formula No. 4 was the high-est,followed by that of formula No. 1,respectively higher than the contrast by 210% and 193%. The nitrate contents in cabbage by other treatments,except Formula No. 3 and formula No. 5,were less than 432 mg/kg,in a safe range. Five kinds of water-soluble fertilizer can improve soil pH and conductivity to some extent. Soils treated by Formula No. 1 contained the highest nitrogen and phos-phorus,where were 327. 8 mg/kg and 118. 23 mg/kg respectively. As referring to Vegetable Soil Fertility,too high nitrogen and phosphorus contents in soil may cause pollution to the surrounding water.
