针对极端天气频繁出现,干旱增多、严重等问题,以桂西北为研究区域,获取不同时期遥感影像数据,通过分析植被及温度等影像指数,依据历史旱情发生情况,建立植被供水指数分级规则,并依此规则,可实时、动态地监测旱情信息。其成果可增强旱情的预警能力,为防旱、抗旱决策提供了技术参考依据。

In view of frequent extreme weather,drought increasing and being more and more serious,Northwest Guangxi was studied. Remote sensing images of different periods were collected. Based on analysis of image indexes such as vegetation and temperature,grading rules of vegetation supply water index was determined according to his?torical drought information. In accordance with the rules,real-time and dynamic drought information monitoring is possible. The achievements of study may strengthen drought alarm capability and provide technical basis for drought prevention and protection.
