为揭示解草啶浸种减轻丙草胺对水稻药害的机制,采用生物化学方法研究解草啶浸种对水稻的谷胱甘肽巯基转移酶( GST)活性、琢-淀粉酶活性、叶绿素含量和蛋白质含量的影响.结果显示:单独施用30 mg/L解草啶浸种能提高水稻GST活性,但对琢-淀粉酶活性、叶绿素含量和蛋白质含量没有影响.单独施用不同剂量(56.25 g/hm2、112.50 g/hm2、225.00 g/hm2)丙草胺后,低剂量丙草胺对GST活性有促进作用,高剂量丙草胺对GST活性有抑制作用;不同剂量丙草胺对琢-淀粉酶活性、叶绿素含量和蛋白质含量均有抑制作用.通过30 mg/L解草啶浸种再施用不同剂量丙草胺,解草啶均能减轻丙草胺对水稻GST活性、琢-淀粉酶活性、叶绿素含量和蛋白质含量的抑制作用.

To revea1 the mechanism of fenc1orim reducing the phytotoxicity of preti1ach1or to rice by seed soaking, biochemica1 tests were conducted to study the effects of fenc1orim soaking on g1utathione S-transferase( GST) activity, α-amy1ase activity, and contents of ch1orophy11 and protein of rice. The resu1ts showed that GST activity was enhanced by 30 mg/L fenc1orim, however,α-amy1ase, contents of ch1orophy11 and protein were not affected. Low dose of preti1ach1or cou1d increase GST activity whi1e high dose showed inhibition. A11 doses of preti1ach1or exhibited negative effect onα-amy1ase ac-tivity, contents of ch1orophy11 and protein. The negative effect on GST activity,α-amy1ase activity, contents of ch1orophy11 and protein of rice cou1d be reduced by seed soaking with 30 mg/L fenc1orim.
