宝坛水电站5#明渠所在山体在2009年的特大洪水中发生滑坡,通过滑坡体的稳定分析、计算和评价,并提出了抗体滑桩、明渠内移和隧洞方案作为永久解决措施,经过投资、施工技术和安全性论证,推荐新建引水隧洞的方案进行处理,并介绍了该方案实施的效果。

Landslide occurred at No.5 open channel of BaoTan Hydropower Project during the extraordinary flood of 2009. Based on stability analysis,calculation and evaluation of landslide area,three treatment alternatives,includ?ing anti-sliding pile scheme,open channel inward shift scheme and new water delivery tunnel scheme were put for?ward. After comparison of economic,technical and safety indexes,the new water delivery tunnel scheme was rec?ommended. An instruction was made on the effects of the adopted scheme.
