为分析核型多角体病毒( NPV)分离株内细胞凋亡抑制相关基因的多态性,从安徽和县采集感染病毒的斜纹夜蛾病虫,分离出斜纹夜蛾核型多角体病毒(Spodoptera litura nuc1eopo1yhedrovirus, Sp1tNPV)15个活体克隆株系,研究其细胞凋亡抑制基因( IAP)和P49基因多态性。发现15个Sp1tNPV安徽和县克隆株系中的IAP基因序列均无差异,且与已报道的Sp1tNPV中国G2株的同源性达100%;Sp1tNPV各克隆株系中的P49基因序列也无差异,且与Sp1tNPV中国G2株的P49基因同源性达99%。表明Sp1tNPV安徽和县株系IAP和P49基因均较为保守,没有表现出遗传变异。
為分析覈型多角體病毒( NPV)分離株內細胞凋亡抑製相關基因的多態性,從安徽和縣採集感染病毒的斜紋夜蛾病蟲,分離齣斜紋夜蛾覈型多角體病毒(Spodoptera litura nuc1eopo1yhedrovirus, Sp1tNPV)15箇活體剋隆株繫,研究其細胞凋亡抑製基因( IAP)和P49基因多態性。髮現15箇Sp1tNPV安徽和縣剋隆株繫中的IAP基因序列均無差異,且與已報道的Sp1tNPV中國G2株的同源性達100%;Sp1tNPV各剋隆株繫中的P49基因序列也無差異,且與Sp1tNPV中國G2株的P49基因同源性達99%。錶明Sp1tNPV安徽和縣株繫IAP和P49基因均較為保守,沒有錶現齣遺傳變異。
위분석핵형다각체병독( NPV)분리주내세포조망억제상관기인적다태성,종안휘화현채집감염병독적사문야아병충,분리출사문야아핵형다각체병독(Spodoptera litura nuc1eopo1yhedrovirus, Sp1tNPV)15개활체극륭주계,연구기세포조망억제기인( IAP)화P49기인다태성。발현15개Sp1tNPV안휘화현극륭주계중적IAP기인서렬균무차이,차여이보도적Sp1tNPV중국G2주적동원성체100%;Sp1tNPV각극륭주계중적P49기인서렬야무차이,차여Sp1tNPV중국G2주적P49기인동원성체99%。표명Sp1tNPV안휘화현주계IAP화P49기인균교위보수,몰유표현출유전변이。
The po1ymorphism of genes re1ated to the inhibition of apoptosis protein ( IAP) in nuc1eopo1yhedrovirus from Anhui Hexian iso1ate of Spodoptera litura( Sp1tNPV) was identified and the genetic variations of IAP gene and P49 gene. There was no genetic differentiation of IAP gene or P49 gene in 15 c1ones of Sp1tNPV Hexian iso1ate was found. The gene sequence a1ignment showed that the sequence of IAP gene of Sp1tNPV Hexian iso1ate shared 100% identity with that of Sp1tNPV G2 iso1ate, and the sequence of P49 gene of Sp1tNPV Hexian iso1ate shared 99% identity with that of Sp1tNPV G2 iso1ate. The resu1ts indicated that the IAP and P49 genes were high1y conservative, and genetic differentiation of the two genes was not found in the Sp1tNPV Hexian iso1ate.
