高校教师承担着教书和育人的双重职责，不仅是人类文化知识的传承者，更是学生心灵的培育者和灵魂的塑造者。加强高校教师专业道德建设，可以从重视师德教育，提高教师道德义务认知水平；完善教师专业道德规范，健全师德评价体系；培养教师专业道德品质，加强教师道德自律；优化师德环境，构建良好高校教师文化四个方面进行。

Collage teachers bear the dual responsibilities of imparting knowledge and educating people, who is not only inheritors of cultural knowledge, but also the cultivator of student’ spirit and the builder of students’ soul. To strengthen the construction of college teachers’ ethics, we can make it from the following four aspects: emphasizing the importance of teachers’ moral education and improving the cognitive level of the teachers’ moral obligations; improving the professional ethics system of teachers and perfecting the evaluation system of teachers’ morality; cultivating teachers’ professional moral quality and strengthening teachers’ moral self-discipline; optimizing teacher’s moral environment and constructing a good culture of college teachers.
