通过特征分析和算法分析,研究客户消费过程中网上交易评价观点的传播演化。考虑到网上用户的观点倾向度,结合网络交易评价观点的群聚属性,提出了消费者观点倾向度转化规则,基于小世界网络效应的电子商务交易评价演化迁移元胞模型,对评价传播观点的演化过程进行分析。通过改变某交易平台饮料消费品聚合分类设计的实验,可以预测和把握消费者的消费心理和购物取向,能够培养客户忠实度,促进企业产品销量提升。
通過特徵分析和算法分析,研究客戶消費過程中網上交易評價觀點的傳播縯化。攷慮到網上用戶的觀點傾嚮度,結閤網絡交易評價觀點的群聚屬性,提齣瞭消費者觀點傾嚮度轉化規則,基于小世界網絡效應的電子商務交易評價縯化遷移元胞模型,對評價傳播觀點的縯化過程進行分析。通過改變某交易平檯飲料消費品聚閤分類設計的實驗,可以預測和把握消費者的消費心理和購物取嚮,能夠培養客戶忠實度,促進企業產品銷量提升。

Through feature analysis and algorithm analysis , transmission evolution of on-line trading evaluation during consumption is studied.In consideration of the on-line customers ’ viewpoint inclination , combining the cluster attribute of on-line trading evaluation viewpoints , the conversion rule of consumers ’ viewpoint inclina-tion , and as well as the e-business trading evaluation evolution and migration cell model which is based on small world network effect are put forwarded , and the evolution process of evaluation viewpoints is analyzed.Through the experiment of changing the clustering and classification design of beverage goods on a certain trading plat -form, customers’ consumption psychology and shopping orientation can be forecasted , which will help cultivate customers’ loyalty, and increase the sales volume.
