Based on the current situation of professional competence of new young teachers in vocational colleges ,this essay analyzes the bottlenecks which restrict their vocational ability development as well as putting forward relevant strategies such as implementing and improving state-level guarantee system for them,creating school-level conditions for their development and steering them towards positive pursuit of professional development.
