NF－E2相关因子（Nrf2）是存在于细胞核内的一种重要的抗氧化应激转录因子，可以调控一系列抗氧化酶、抗凋亡蛋白基因的编码，与下游抗氧化反应元件（ ARE）结合形成Nrf2－ARE通路，是促进下游II相解毒酶和多种细胞保护蛋白的表达的关键通路，在抗氧化应激损伤的研究中有着重要意义。本文主要从Nrf2与氧化应激的关系，Nrf2调控因子、Nrf2－ARE通路及Nrf2在相关疾病中的作用这些方面作了收集与探讨。

NF-E2-related factor 2 ( Nrf2) is a key transcription factor that regulates antioxidant defense in cell nucleus are related to encoding regulation of a series of antioxidant enzymes and anti -apoptosis gene , and can form Nrf2 -antioxidant response element ( ARE ) pathway to promote the expression of phase Ⅱdetoxification enzyme and many other cell protected proteins by bonding to downstream oxidation reaction com-ponents ARE , which plays an important role in oxdative stess injury.Herein, we review the current understanding of the relationship between Nrf2 and oxidative stress, Nrf2 regulatory factors and Nrf2-ARE path-way.furthermore, the mechanism of Nrf2 regulation in diseases related.
