目的:探究中医振腹疗法在治疗2型糖尿病(Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus,T2DM)中对胰高血糖素样肽-1(Glucagon-Like Pep-tide-1,GLP-1)及大鼠糖代谢的影响及机制。方法:采用长期高糖高脂饲料饲养加小剂量链脲佐菌素(STZ,30 mg·kg -1,腹腔注射)诱导2型糖尿病大鼠模型,动物随机分为空白对照组、模型组、西药组、振腹组、西药加振腹组。结果:与模型组比较,振腹组体重变化量明显减小(P <0.05),西药加振腹组体重变化量与西药组比较明显减小(P <0.05)。治疗后振腹组大鼠血糖值较模型组显著降低(P <0.05)。振腹组和西药加振腹组 GLP-1含量较模型组显著升高(P <0.05),西药加振腹组 GLP-1含量较西药组升高(P <0.05)。各组病理结果显示:西药加振腹组的大鼠胰腺破坏的程度最低,其次是振腹组、西药组、模型组。结论:振腹疗法可以降低血糖,改善糖尿病症状,减轻或减缓胰岛细胞破坏,其降糖作用可能与 GLP-1途径有关。

목적:탐구중의진복요법재치료2형당뇨병(Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus,T2DM)중대이고혈당소양태-1(Glucagon-Like Pep-tide-1,GLP-1)급대서당대사적영향급궤제。방법:채용장기고당고지사료사양가소제량련뇨좌균소(STZ,30 mg·kg -1,복강주사)유도2형당뇨병대서모형,동물수궤분위공백대조조、모형조、서약조、진복조、서약가진복조。결과:여모형조비교,진복조체중변화량명현감소(P <0.05),서약가진복조체중변화량여서약조비교명현감소(P <0.05)。치료후진복조대서혈당치교모형조현저강저(P <0.05)。진복조화서약가진복조 GLP-1함량교모형조현저승고(P <0.05),서약가진복조 GLP-1함량교서약조승고(P <0.05)。각조병리결과현시:서약가진복조적대서이선파배적정도최저,기차시진복조、서약조、모형조。결론:진복요법가이강저혈당,개선당뇨병증상,감경혹감완이도세포파배,기강당작용가능여 GLP-1도경유관。
Objective:The study was to explore the effect of TCMabdominal vibration treatment on glucagon -like peptide -1 (GLP-1) and rats glucose metabolism.Methods:To induced animal models of type 2 diabetes with Long-term high glucose and lipid diet and a small dose of streptozotocin (STZ,30mg·kg-1 ,ip).Rats were randomly divided into control group,model group,western medicine group,abdominal vibration group,western medicine plus abdominal vibration group.Results:After treatment,the weight of abdominal vibration group was significantly reduced compared to T2DM model group.Weight reduction was more significant in western medicine plus abdominal vibration group than in western medicine group (P <0.05).GLP-1 increased significantly in abdominal vibration group, western medicine group,western plus abdominal vibration group (P <0.05).The pathological slice of Islet beta cell showed that west-ern medicine plus abdominal vibration group was least damaged,followed by abdominal vibration group,western medicine group and model group.Conclusion:Abdominal vibration therapy can reduce serum glucose,relieve diabetes symptoms and cell damage via GLP-1 pathway.
