目的：探讨滋肾育胎丸对无痛人流术后患者机体恢复的临床效果。方法：将69例首次行无痛人流术后患者随机分为试验组（46例）和对照组（23例）。试验组自术后2周开始口服滋肾育胎丸，每次5 g（相当90粒药丸），3次／d，连服14 d；同时口服维生素 E 软胶囊，100 mg／次，1次／d，连服14 d。对照组自术后2周开始口服维生素 E 软胶囊，100 mg／次，1次／d，连服14 d。2组均经期停药。其后每次月经干净后第1天开始，连服20 d，连用2个月经周期。比较2组患者的临床症状改善情况及月经恢复情况。结果：试验组中医症候改善情况总有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；试验组术后月经量恢复情况好于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；2组之间月经周期及经期、B 超情况、经期血清 E2及 P 差异均无统计学意义（P ＞0.05）。结论：滋肾育胎丸能有效改善无痛人流术后腰膝酸软、乏力等肾虚症状，强壮身体；能促进无痛人流术后月经量的恢复。
목적：탐토자신육태환대무통인류술후환자궤체회복적림상효과。방법：장69례수차행무통인류술후환자수궤분위시험조（46례）화대조조（23례）。시험조자술후2주개시구복자신육태환，매차5 g（상당90립약환），3차／d，련복14 d；동시구복유생소 E 연효낭，100 mg／차，1차／d，련복14 d。대조조자술후2주개시구복유생소 E 연효낭，100 mg／차，1차／d，련복14 d。2조균경기정약。기후매차월경간정후제1천개시，련복20 d，련용2개월경주기。비교2조환자적림상증상개선정황급월경회복정황。결과：시험조중의증후개선정황총유효솔고우대조조，차이유통계학의의（P ＜0.05）；시험조술후월경량회복정황호우대조조，차이유통계학의의（P ＜0.05）；2조지간월경주기급경기、B 초정황、경기혈청 E2급 P 차이균무통계학의의（P ＞0.05）。결론：자신육태환능유효개선무통인류술후요슬산연、핍력등신허증상，강장신체；능촉진무통인류술후월경량적회복。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Zishen Yutai Pill on the recovery of patients who have undergone painless in-duced abortion.Methods:A total of 69 cases who have undergone painless induced abortion for the first time were randomly divided into the treatment group of 46 cases and the control group of 23 cases.Two weeks after the after operation,patients from the treatment group were required to take Zishen Yutai pill (each 5 g,3 times a day)and vitamin E capsules (each 100mg,once a day)for two weeks,while the he control group took only vitamin E capsules (each 100mg,once a day)for two weeks.Drug administration was discontinued during menstrual period in both groups.Both groups were asked to conduct the trial for 20 days once the patient finished her menstruation and continue for two menstrual cycles.Clinical symptoms and the recovery of menstruation in two groups of patients were compared.Results:The treatment groups total efficiency of Chinese medicine symptom is higher than that of the control group -the difference was statistical-ly significant (P <0.05).The menstruation recovery of treatment group was better than that of the control group after operation,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05.There were no statistical differences (P >0.05)over the menstrual cycle,menstrual, type-b ultrasonic,E2 and P value between the two groups.Conclusion:Zishen Yutai pill can promote the rehabilitation of the body,treat the symptoms like backache and improve the quality of life of patients;and can promote the recovery of menstruation after the painless induced abortion.
