首先研究白车身( BIW)和带有风挡玻璃的车身结构( BIP)的有限元模型的构建技术,进而分析了风挡玻璃对车身结构静弯曲刚度和静扭转刚度的影响。接着,通过对BIW和BIP车身结构进行固有振动特性分析,揭示了风挡玻璃对车身结构动刚度的影响。最后,对车身结构的接头刚度性能进行了分析和评价,并总结了风挡玻璃对车身接头结构承载特性的影响规律。

The finite element modeling technique for body-in-white ( BIW ) and body-in-prime ( BIP ) structure with windshield is studied and the effects of windshield on the static bending and torsional stiffness of car body structure are analyzed first. Then through the analysis on the natural vibration characteristics of BIW and BIP structures, the effects of windshield on the dynamic stiffness of car body are revealed. Finally the stiffness perform-ance of joint structures of car body is analyzed and evaluated with the law of the influence of windshield on the load bearing characteristics of joint structure summarized.
