本文中首先综述了板簧设计与建模的研究现状。接着,系统分析了螺旋弹簧模型、beam element模型、ANSYS模型、SAE三连杆模型这4种板簧模型的优缺点及适用情况,在模型复杂程度、仿真速度、参数化等方面进行了对比。最后,以某8伊4重型货车为例,分别建立了包含4种板簧模型的整车模型,进行平顺性和操纵稳定性的仿真,并与实车试验进行了对比。结果表明,在4种板簧模型中,SAE三连杆板簧模型的综合性能最好。

본문중수선종술료판황설계여건모적연구현상。접착,계통분석료라선탄황모형、beam element모형、ANSYS모형、SAE삼련간모형저4충판황모형적우결점급괄용정황,재모형복잡정도、방진속도、삼수화등방면진행료대비。최후,이모8이4중형화차위례,분별건립료포함4충판황모형적정차모형,진행평순성화조종은정성적방진,병여실차시험진행료대비。결과표명,재4충판황모형중,SAE삼련간판황모형적종합성능최호。
Firstly the research status quo of the design and modeling of vehicle leaf springs are reviewed. Then the advantages, disadvantages and applicability of four types of leaf spring model, i. e. equivalent coil spring model, beam element model, ANSYS model and SAE 3-link model are systematically analyzed with their degree of complexity, simulation speed and parameterization compared. Finally, with an 8í4 heavy truck as example, vehicle models with four different leaf spring models are built respectively to conduct ride comfort and handling stability sim-ulations and their results are compared with real vehicle tests. The results show that among four leaf spring models, SAE 3-link model has best overall performance.
