根据质子交换膜燃料电池( PEMFC)电堆起动和停机的控制策略,建造了PEMFC电堆低温起动平台。用20mm厚的软橡塑泡沫、聚苯乙烯和真空绝缘板将电堆密封,在-10益环境舱内分别进行保温试验研究;当电堆中最冷的电池阴极催化层的温度达到触发温度(0益)时,起动并加载PEMFC电堆至某一低温起动试验工况。试验结果揭示了PEMFC电堆低温起动的某些规律,为燃料电池汽车的商业化提供技术基础。

Based on the control strategy for the starting and shutdown of proton exchange membrane fuel cell ( PEMFC) stack, a low-temperature starting platform for PEMFC stack is built. Then the stack is sealed by 20 mm thick soft rubber-plastic foam, polystyrene and vacuum insulation plate respectively and undergoes heat insula-tion tests in a climate chamber of -10℃. When the temperature of cell cathode catalyst layer, the coldest part in stack, drops to trigger temperature (0℃), PEMFC stack is started and loaded to a certain low-temperature start test condition. Test results reveal some laws of the low-temperature start of PEMFC stack, providing technical bases for the commercialization of fuel cell vehicles.
