本文中对纯电动汽车用磷酸铁锂电池SOC估算方法进行研究。首先,利用基本的测试手段测得反映电池外特性的充放电电压曲线( V vs Q),并用它求得反映电池电化学特性的容量增量曲线(驻Q /驻VvsV)。接着,采用容量增量分析法研究充放电倍率、温度和老化程度对电池性能的影响。最后,建立了电池内部相变阶段的容量增量峰与电池SOC的对应关系,并利用这一关系来估算电池SOC ,为电动汽车制定动力电池管理策略提供依据。
本文中對純電動汽車用燐痠鐵鋰電池SOC估算方法進行研究。首先,利用基本的測試手段測得反映電池外特性的充放電電壓麯線( V vs Q),併用它求得反映電池電化學特性的容量增量麯線(駐Q /駐VvsV)。接著,採用容量增量分析法研究充放電倍率、溫度和老化程度對電池性能的影響。最後,建立瞭電池內部相變階段的容量增量峰與電池SOC的對應關繫,併利用這一關繫來估算電池SOC ,為電動汽車製定動力電池管理策略提供依據。
본문중대순전동기차용린산철리전지SOC고산방법진행연구。수선,이용기본적측시수단측득반영전지외특성적충방전전압곡선( V vs Q),병용타구득반영전지전화학특성적용량증량곡선(주Q /주VvsV)。접착,채용용량증량분석법연구충방전배솔、온도화노화정도대전지성능적영향。최후,건립료전지내부상변계단적용량증량봉여전지SOC적대응관계,병이용저일관계래고산전지SOC ,위전동기차제정동력전지관리책략제공의거。
The state of charge ( SOC ) estimation method of LiFePO4 battery for pure electric vehicle is studied in this paper. Firstly the charge/discharge voltage curve ( V vs Q) reflecting the external characteristics of battery is obtained by using basic test means, and based on which the incremental capacity curve (△Q/△V vs V) reflecting the electrochemical characteristics of battery is worked out. Then by using incremental capacity analysis method, the effects of charge/discharge rates, temperature and the degree of aging on the performance of battery are analyzed. Finally the relationship between the incremental capacity peaks in the internal phase transformation stage and SOC of battery is established, and with which the SOC of battery is estimated, providing a basis for the formula-tion of traction battery management strategy for electric vehicles.
