为明确生防细菌M2对茄青枯劳尔氏菌的抑制作用,采用细菌 OD值法和抑菌圈法分别测定发酵液对茄青枯劳尔氏菌的抑制作用和发酵液的效价,并在温室试验其生防效果。结果表明:生防细菌 M2对茄青枯劳尔氏菌有较好的抑制活性,其 EC50为1.83×108 cfu/mL。在浓度为1×108 cfu/mL 时对病原菌的抑制率为69.05%。根据抑菌圈半径平方与浓度对数的线性关系,比较生防细菌相对硫酸链霉素的效价,108 cfu/mL 生防细菌 M2相对理论效价为浓度211.02 mg/L 的硫酸链霉素。生防细菌 M2的温室试验生防效果为56.2%。

The inhibition effect and titer of biocontrol bacterium M2 fermentation liquor against R.solanacearum were separately determined by bacterial OD value and inhibition zone method,and the biocontrol efficiency was tested in the greenhouse to definite the inhibition effect of biocontrol bacterium M2 against Ralstonia solanacearum.The results showed that biocontrol bacterium M2 has the good inhibition effect against R.solanacearum and its EC50 is 1.83×108 cfu/mL The inhibition rate of biocontrol bacterium M2 with 1 × 108 cfu/m concentration against R.solanacearum reaches 69.05%.The titer of biocontrol bacterium M2 and corresponding Streptomycin sulfate is compared according to the linear relation between inhibition zone radius square and concentration logarithm.The relative theoretical titer of biocontrol bacterium M2 with 108 cfu/mL is equal to Streptomycin sulfate with 211.02 mg/L concentration.The biocontrol efficiency of biocontrol bacterium M2 is up to 56.2% in the greenhouse.
