为了解贵州魔芋软腐病的致病病原,对取自贵州台江县的魔芋软腐病病原菌进行了分离、回接和鉴定。结果表明:在分离到的16个菌株中发现1株病原菌能引起魔芋软腐病,通过16S rDNA 序列分析发现该病原菌为菊欧文氏杆菌(Erwinia chrysanthemi );通过化学转化法,成功获得了病原菌绿色荧光蛋白标记的工程菌株。
為瞭解貴州魔芋軟腐病的緻病病原,對取自貴州檯江縣的魔芋軟腐病病原菌進行瞭分離、迴接和鑒定。結果錶明:在分離到的16箇菌株中髮現1株病原菌能引起魔芋軟腐病,通過16S rDNA 序列分析髮現該病原菌為菊歐文氏桿菌(Erwinia chrysanthemi );通過化學轉化法,成功穫得瞭病原菌綠色熒光蛋白標記的工程菌株。
위료해귀주마우연부병적치병병원,대취자귀주태강현적마우연부병병원균진행료분리、회접화감정。결과표명:재분리도적16개균주중발현1주병원균능인기마우연부병,통과16S rDNA 서렬분석발현해병원균위국구문씨간균(Erwinia chrysanthemi );통과화학전화법,성공획득료병원균록색형광단백표기적공정균주。
The pathogenic bacteria strains of Amorphophallus rivieri soft rot from Taijiang County, Guzhou were isolated,inoculated and identified to study the pathogen of Amorphophallus rivieri soft rot in Guizhou.The results showed that one pathogenic bacteria strain to cause Amorphophallus rivieri soft rot is isolated from 16 strains,and the strain is identified as Erwinia chrysanthemi by 16S rDNA sequence analysis.The engineering strain with GFP marker is successfully obtained by the chemical conversion method.
