为85-5脱毒怀地黄的高产优质栽培提供参考，采用田间试验比较了85-5脱毒怀地黄喷施不同浓度膨大素的产量和品质。结果表明：随着膨大素喷施浓度和喷施次数的增加，85-5脱毒怀地黄的株高、叶面积和冠幅均呈逐渐下降趋势；产量、梓醇含量和毛蕊花糖苷含量则呈先上升后下降趋势，且在膨大素浓度为1．333 mg／L 喷施2次时，85-5脱毒怀地黄的产量、梓醇含量和毛蕊花糖苷含量达最高，分别为4962．67 kg／667m2、（9．90±0．06）mg／g 和（1．18±0．02）mg／g。膨大素浓度为1．333 mg／L 喷施2次时，85-5脱毒怀地黄可获高产优质。

To provide a reference for establishing high yield and quality cultivation techniques of virus-free plantlet of R.glutinosa 85-5,a field experiment was conducted to compare the yield and quality of R.glutinosa 85-5 applied with different concentrations of CPPU.Results:Plant height,leaf area and crown diameter gradually decreased with CPPU spraying concentration and times increasing;the yield, catalpol content and verbascoside content first increased and then decreased,and reached the highest after spraying two times of CPPU(1.333 mg/L),which were respectively 4 962.67 kg/667m2 ,(9.90±0.06) mg/g and(1.18±0.02)mg/g.High yield and quality could be obtained under these conditions.
