为探索无梗五加种子形态后熟的影响因素,以无梗五加种子为供试材料,通过多因子交叉重复试验对无梗五加种子形态后熟的主要影响因素进行探讨。结果表明:无梗五加种子形态成熟的最优条件是将种子用2.10~2.30 mg/LGA3和3.40~3.50 mg/L 2,4-D 混合溶液浸泡60 h,将种子与河砂(1∶4)混合,进行150~160 d 的变温处理,变温幅度和时间为白天温度(24±2)℃,处理12 h,夜间温度(15±2)℃,处理12 h,心形胚发生率99.7%,子叶胚发生率98.9%,播种后发芽率97.5%。

위탐색무경오가충자형태후숙적영향인소,이무경오가충자위공시재료,통과다인자교차중복시험대무경오가충자형태후숙적주요영향인소진행탐토。결과표명:무경오가충자형태성숙적최우조건시장충자용2.10~2.30 mg/LGA3화3.40~3.50 mg/L 2,4-D 혼합용액침포60 h,장충자여하사(1∶4)혼합,진행150~160 d 적변온처리,변온폭도화시간위백천온도(24±2)℃,처리12 h,야간온도(15±2)℃,처리12 h,심형배발생솔99.7%,자협배발생솔98.9%,파충후발아솔97.5%。
A.sessiliforus seeds were tested to study main factors of influencing morphological after-ripening of Acanthopanax sessiliforus seeds by a multiple-factor cross repeat test.The results showed that the optimum conditions for morphological after-ripening of A.sessiliforus seeds include that seeds are soaked with the mixed solution of 2.10~2.30 mg/LGA3 and 3.40~3.50 mg/L 2,4-D for 60 h,and seeds mixed with river sand (1∶4)are treated by changing temperature (24±2 ℃ for 12 h at daytime and 15± 2℃ for 12 h at night)for 150 ~ 160 d,and the occurrence rate of the heart-shaped embryo,cytoledon embryo and germination of A.sessiliforus seeds treated by the optimum conditions is 99.7%,98.9% and 97.5% separately.
