In China ,the current capital system of company has been transferred from registered capital system to the authorized capital system .Under the current capital system ,how to protect the creditor's interests has been an issue that worth considering . Through evaluation of the reform of capital system and discussion of the protection of creditor's interests under the current system ,the article analyzes the causes that the reform of capital system affects the protection of creditor's interests and the defects of protection system of creditor's interests under the current capital system .In the end ,the article puts forward perfection measures to protect the creditor's interests under the current capital system in China .
