指出了游离脂肪酸含量过高会对餐厨废油后续碱性酯化处理产生不利影响,通过碱液对壳聚糖进行(活化)改性,并对不同活化条件下的壳聚糖吸附餐厨废油中游离脂肪酸的效果进行了评价。研究发现:壳聚糖在40℃,0.9mol/L NaO H -乙醇溶液中活化6h后,吸附效率得到极大提升,再与餐厨废油发生吸附,当吸附时间为6h ,吸附温度为65℃时,吸附量最大,为131.1mgKO H/g。

The excessive amount of FFA in kitchen waste oil directly has adverse affects on the subsequent alkaline esterification treatment .The research uses alkali liquor to (activation) modify chitosan and evaluate the chitosan's absorption efficiency of FFA in kitchen waste oil .The research finds that after 6h's activation in 0 .9mol/L NaOH -ethanol alcohol at the temperature of 40℃ ,chitosan has greater absorption efficiency .When the chitosan adsorb kitchen waste oil again under the condition that the adsorption time is 6h and adsorption temperature is 65 ℃ ,,the maximum adsorption capacity is 131 .1mgKO H /g .
