身管指向测量是实现自行高炮火控系统精度闭环测试中的一个难点,提出了一种基于计算机视觉技术的自行高炮身管指向动态测量方法。首先分析了身管及标志物位置关系,然后提出了基于九步旋转的身管指向角解算方法,最后针对实际中初始高低角解算不稳定的问题,提出了多幅图像联合寻优求解的方法。实验结果表明:所提方法高低角测量精度可达2 mil,基本满足实际要求。
身管指嚮測量是實現自行高砲火控繫統精度閉環測試中的一箇難點,提齣瞭一種基于計算機視覺技術的自行高砲身管指嚮動態測量方法。首先分析瞭身管及標誌物位置關繫,然後提齣瞭基于九步鏇轉的身管指嚮角解算方法,最後針對實際中初始高低角解算不穩定的問題,提齣瞭多幅圖像聯閤尋優求解的方法。實驗結果錶明:所提方法高低角測量精度可達2 mil,基本滿足實際要求。

The pose measurement of cannon barrel is a difficulty in the closed-loop precision analysis of antiaircraft fire control system. To solve this problem,this paper presents a dynamic measurement for the pose of cannon barrel based on the computer vision. First,the position relationship between the barrel and the marker is analyzed. Second,the barrel pose angle solver method based on nine-step rotation is proposed. Finally,contra to the instability problem of the actual angle initial value,the optimization method is presented taking use of multiple images. Experimental results show that: the vertical angle measurement accuracy can reach the level of 2 mil,meeting the actual requirements.
