通过解决基于数字图像处理的环境光自适应技术、激光成像自拟合技术、分辨率自适应技术等关键技术,设计并实现“炮身轴线偏移”检测系统,提高了“炮身轴线偏移量”检测效率。经实验验证,该检测系统误差符合检测要求,且具有结构简单、操作简便、精度较高的优点,是可行的。
通過解決基于數字圖像處理的環境光自適應技術、激光成像自擬閤技術、分辨率自適應技術等關鍵技術,設計併實現“砲身軸線偏移”檢測繫統,提高瞭“砲身軸線偏移量”檢測效率。經實驗驗證,該檢測繫統誤差符閤檢測要求,且具有結構簡單、操作簡便、精度較高的優點,是可行的。
통과해결기우수자도상처리적배경광자괄응기술、격광성상자의합기술、분변솔자괄응기술등관건기술,설계병실현“포신축선편이”검측계통,제고료“포신축선편이량”검측효솔。경실험험증,해검측계통오차부합검측요구,차구유결구간단、조작간편、정도교고적우점,시가행적。
In order to improve the efficiency of cannon axis excursion detection,this paper Designs and implements a new Detection System for Cannon Axis Excursion. This paper combines with the key technology of the environment light auto-suits,the laser imaging auto-draws,and the resolution auto-adaption,which is based on the Digital Image Processing.Through the experiment,it is validated that this Detection system is feasible,the structure is simple ,the operating is convenient,and the precision is higher .
