利用LS-DYNA3D软件建立了弹靶几何模型,应用有限元程序对旋转弹侵彻钢板过程进行仿真计算,并通过与实验比较,验证了有限元方法的正确性。分析了转速对垂直侵彻和斜侵彻两种状况下性能的影响,通过比较不同转速情况下得到的速度、加速度等响应以及侵彻过程中弹体的质量损失情况,得出旋转对弹体垂直侵彻和斜侵彻具有一定的影响,为弹体结构的设计、改进和优化提供重要参考依据。

The geometry of projectile and target is established by using the LS DYNA3D software,the process of rotating projectile penetrating steel plate is simulated with using finite element program,and the correctness of the finite element method is verified by comparison with experimental data. The effect of rotation speed on the performance of two kinds of situations of vertical penetration and oblique penetration is analyzed,it is concluded that rotation has a certain impact on the projectile vertical penetration and oblique penetration,by comparing with velocity and acceleration response etc and quality loss situation of the projectile in the process penetration in the case of different rotation speeds,the important reference basis is provided for the design,improvement and optimization of the projectile structure.
