食品安全一直是人们关注的焦点,其中重金属含量超标也一直影响着茶叶的安全饮用。当前我国茶叶存在铅超标现象,这是影响茶叶安全的因素之一。综述了当前我国茶园铅污染现状和污染产生的来源,总结了植物修复、微生物修复和物理化学修复等已有的多种降铅方法与措施,提出了茶园降低铅污染的努力方向,可为无公害茶园的建设和茶叶安全生产提供参考。

Food safety has always been a focus of attention,where heavy metal content has been affecting the safety of drinking tea.Currently lead exceeded of tea is more serious in China and becomes one of the factors affecting safety.The current source of lead contamination and pollution generated tea was reviewed,a variety of methods and reduction measures was summarized about phytoremediation, microbial remediation and restoration of physical chemistry.Efforts of reducing lead pollution in tea plants was proposed,which could provide a reference for the construction of pollution-free tea and tea production safety.
